The internet is full of automated product comparison sites but sometimes you need that human expertise such as you get when visiting a physical store. At Product Recommend we can offer this advice meaning you get the right product at the right price.

2. How does the process work?

You ask us a question from our home page and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Remember to enter a correct email address so we can send your recommendation!

We will send you a link to a product on a trusted online store such as Amazon.

We keep your email address safe so don't worry we won't spam you.

3. What products do you specialise in?

While we will try our best to recommend any product we specialise in consumer eletronics.

4. What criteria are used in a recommendation?

We like to take a number of criteria in to account when recommending you a product, this includes quality of product, quality of retailer, returns policy, price and delivery.

5. Do I have to buy the recommended Product?

Of course not - we are simply recommending what we feel is best for you based on your question.

6. I can find the product you recommended cheaper elsewhere.

While price is one of the most important considerations we also base our recommendation on a number of other criteria to make sure the retailer we send you too is reliable and trustworthy.

7. Can you advise on legal/insurance/finance matters/products?

We specialise in electronics, apparrel and other consumer products. We cannot give advice on any legal, insurance or financial product.

8. How long does it take to get a reply from my question?

We hope to reply within a maximum of 24 hours but most of the time its a lot quicker!

Currently we are a UK based service only however are looking to expand abroad in the future.
